Landlord & Tenant Disputes Fees From:
Our Fee for Section 21 or Section 8
Taking instructions, preparing and agreeing to S.21 Notice / S.8 Notice, serving on Tenants, and providing Certificate of Service.
Court Claim Proceedings Fee – £2000 + VAT (£400) excluding Barrister Fee.
This fee includes:
Bailiffs – Eviction (Warrant of Possession) to be quoted and agreed upon separately.
Please note that some matters will have additional disbursements that apply; however, we will not be aware of these until the work commences. These disbursements are payable to third parties we have no control over. As soon we become aware of any additional disbursements we will inform you.
