First Consultation:
We can offer a first 30 Minutes face to face consultation.
The cost of this meeting is £50 plus VAT.
Divorce costs:
our costs for acting on your behalf in relation to an undefended divorce are as follows:-
£750.00 plus Vat (£150.00) plus Applicable Court fees.
This fee includes:
Court application fee:
our costs for acting on your behalf in relation to any Application in the divorce proceedings are as follows:
£250.00 plus Vat (£50.00) plus Applicable Court fees.
Court attendance:
Each court hearing will be charged separately at £250.00 plus VAT £50
NOTE: This fee does not include the Court Applications, Finances, Maintenance and Children’s matters or unforeseen costs such as service of papers on spouse, tracing of spouse or translation of marriage certificate will incur additional costs.
For Financial settlements/Pensions/Property/ Children (Contact/Access)/Non-Molestation Order Application, we may be able to offer fixed fees.
